Hello,

We are planning on a 2 week stay in June 2009 and are looking for a reasonably priced rental with kitchen perferably under $100/night.

Thank You,
Dulcey

Hi
Here is a link to a lovely rental we are using in a couple weeks.. its at Sapphire Village..up the hillside from the Beach.... These folks are extremely easy to work with.. They show a weekly rate but also have nightly rates that are less than $100. I will post a review once I get back mid-oct. The location is convenient as well. Hope this helps..

Sapphire Beach is on STT.

I can't think of anywhere on STJ for $100/night, but maybe someone else knows something I don't. Hillcrest is pretty reasonable, but it's still $1200/week.

Maybe further out -- Coral Bay or further would be cheaper (although you'll spend more in gas), but I don't think I've ever seen anywhere for $700/week.

If anyone would have the best answer, it's VillaFish. I'd snatch that up if I could. Ed's pictures from Serendip this week have been lovely. I was just thinking I'd have to look into it for next time.

Villafish, Having a hard time finding Serendip Condos on the web, do you know there web address? Or contact info. I did find a reasonable deal at St. John Inn for $160.00/night with taxes. We are planning on moving down and we are hoping to make our next few trips as close to living there as possible, meaning no resorts and doing our own cooking. Thank all of you for your support and info.

Dulcey: Are you aware that your dates coincide with St John Festival? I suspect it will be hard to find lodgings at all.
