Can someone recommend a good restaurant in St. Thomas that is Smoke Free water front with good food? We have been spoiled by clean air in the States.

There is supposed to be a new law restricting smoking in public, but honestly, I don't know if it has been enacted yet. Waterfront dining with good food: Oceana, Grand Cru, Mim's, Blue Moon.
