I'm staying at the Wyndham, can anyone recommend a good restaurant near there? Like all foods and would love a view.

The Agave....incredible view..... ..........next door at the Point Pleasant Resort.....Fungi's is the beachfront restaurant.

Shela's Hot Pot in Cruz Bay - look to the left after you get off the ferry. Best damn meal I had in St. John.

Fungies at Point Pleasant Resort is one of or favorites. It sits on the water and has a decent selection of local chow as well as your normal stuff. Nice little trinket shop down there as well. Nice spot to while away a couple hours. Sort of an open air bar/small restaurant type place. Great staff each time we have been there. Here's a link to the web site. Let the picture load and you see what it is like. Just a note, the menu on the site is lacking much of the local fare.
