I recall that there was a restaurant in Cruz Bay called "Banana something........landing?" Is it still there? Any good?

We head down to St J mid-March. How are the crowds at that time?

Thanks in advance for any helpful info. Can't wait to go south!

It's the Banana Deck - very nice food at a reasonable price 🙂

Yes, Banana Deck, in the spot where Crash Landing used to be. Mid March is our busiest time of year. This season is very noticeably slower than in the past, so it shouldn't be too bad even though it will probably be the busiest of the season. Have a great time!

Banana Deck is great. Right on the water in Cruz Bay. A lot of bars right there, all of them good. Also, walk around the corner to Crazy Crackers. GREAT food, cheap. Saturday nights they have a deal: an appetizer, two entrees, a desert and 2 drinks, plus a movie for $30. Can't beat it. Our favorite place to go!

Was there a tsunami? What about the buildings and street between Banana Deck and the water! 😮

Too funny - just to clarify, Banana Deck is not on the water I think you are thinking of the Balcony 🙂
