A good cause and a good deal. Not many places on STJ participating, though, I notice.

Hi all....
I'm happy to hear that the new book is out. I do have a few questions on some unfamiliar or less familiar (I haven't been there yet) participating restaurants.

Is Harbor Club the one in Port of Sale mall that serves New Orleans fare?

Can someone please provide more information, such as location, type of food prices, and perhaps website for Deanos, Betsy's, W'Indies?

Completely new to me are Mercury Cafe, Grandma'z House and Karl's Cajun and Creole Kitchen. I'd love to learn more about them.

Thanks.

Gerie

Hello Gerie,

Harbor Club is the one in Port of Sale like you described.

Deanos is where Ferari's was on the northside (if you remember it?).

Betsy's Bar is in Frenchtown.

W'Indies is the restaurant at Sapphire Beach Resort.

Karl's Cajun & Creole Kitchen is a food van type set up at Mandahl Market. I think they are there on Sundays only.

I am not familiar with Mercury Cafe or Grandma'z House.
