I have hotel reservations at Secret Harbour and Maho Bay Camp, but am having second thoughts. My teenage son hates saltwater. Can you be allergic to it? I'm hoping we can get him to do a little snorkeling and a trip to the baths. Who has the best pool area on St. Thomas or St. John? Thanks for your replies.

Are you talking about Villas or resorts.

Oh sorry.....hotels, please. I think they'd be bigger and more enjoyable for teenagers. They like to hang out and meet other kids.

The Westins pool is huge with a water fall in the middle. But don't sell teenager short we were there with three last Dec. and they all said the villa experience was great..

Frenchman's Reef and Morningstar both have huge pools, so that is two for the price of one! 😉

Wyndham Sugar Bay on STT also has a nice pool area.

The Westin's pool is great, and they have a "teen's club" and a "kid's club". The Westin does have villas with private pools, by the way, so you can get the villa experience and still have access to the resort's amenities.
