You are probably talking about the building and marina renovations? This will continue in the off season until all the buildings and docks are completed. What happens in the common areas is not under the control of the COA. The owner of that property has reopened the dive shop. However, during the time it was closed the COA purchased beach loungers for owners and guests. In addition, most owners purchased snorkel gear for guest use. There were permits filed to reopen the pool bar, but progress there seems to be stalled. Owners and guests continue to have use of the pool.
