We are going to St. John & St. Thomas in May. I have several questions. First, is there anywhere in St. John that rents out kayaks for 5 days?

Also, in St. John is there anywhere we can rent a crib or any baby equipment?

I haven't heard of 5 day rental on kayaks. You might call Crabby's Watersports in Coral Bay and ask them for a suggestion. They do daily rentals and would probably know if anyone does.

I also haven't heard of crib rental. Where are you staying, a villa? Assuming so, I would ask the villa management company. I know there are rental villas that have baby equipment. Perhaps they could borrow from another villa for your stay. Good luck.
