My daughter has celiac disease and needs to eat gluten free. Will I be able to find items on STJ or should I just ship items ahead of us? Also, does anyone know if any restaurants offer gluten free meals?

We do gluten free menus on the charter yacht and buy most of our stuff at Natural Food Grocery and Deli and Plaza Extra. We have had no problems. Cannot address the restaurants.

We have a relative with celiac disease and he always finds something on the restaurant menu (steak, chicken, veggies, etc.)
