Does anyone know if there are limitations to what you can ship back to the states and if so is the postage costly.

A bit too vague to answer but we're under USPS so check with them - postage rates the same as stateside. We also have FedEx and UPS.

Same Federal Post Office rules on items allowed -- PLUS US Customs forms need to be filled out as we are outside the Customs zone - generally that is not a problem - but shipping things like a new Rolex or high value items will incur an extra cost.
