We've got 3 couples coming in February and will arrive on a Saturday. Our STJ villa (Island Horizons) will not be available until Sunday, so we need 3 rooms for just 1 night. We normally stay at the Mafolie Hotel (and would love to stay there again), but they won't allow a single night booking (much less 3 single night bookings) in February. I'm familiar with the Best Western at Emerald Beach as a possible option. I also believe the Marriott would accomodate us, but would prefer smaller non-resort property if possible.

Do you know of other hotels we might consider, and that will allow a single night stay during peak?

Thanks for your ideas - we'd like to get this booked asap to put everyone's minds at ease.

You might try Crystal Place B&B above town (www.crystalpalaceusvi.com) Ronnie is a wonderful host! Cheers!

I just booked a single night at Island Views Guest House in March. Beth, the owner, seemed most accomodating. The price was great too! No surcharge for a single night either.

I own a villa on the east end above Red Hook that has 3 rooms and I am open to any combo of stays. PM me if you are interested.

We have always (and are booked again in Mar 09) stayed the night before at the Holiday Inn on the waterfront, nothing special but close to shopping/restaurants and close to downtown ferry for next am.

Thanks everyone for the great ideas! Looks like we've got more options than I thought. I figured if Mafolie had a 3 night minimum, so would most other properties.

Lip - I'll get back with you asap on your generous offer.

Thanks!
