For someone with access to a boat, what are some of the best snorkeling sites around St. Thomas and St. John that are not accessible from the shore?

Waterlemon Cay is a great and unspoiled place.

Waterlemon & Whistling Cay are both excellent on their WNW sides.

We snorkeled Booby Rock last week and thought it was wonderful. We also did Whistling Cay and weren't impressed. Maybe we just had a bad day.

Snorkeling the Indians would entail a BVI check -in at Customs and again a check in back to the USVI.
