I keep reading references to Honeymoon Bay which we haven't visited yet. I'd love some opinions on how the snorkling is there- the Beach Guide listed it as "fair to good"- do you agree? We want to combine as much casual hiking with snorkling when we come back down in November. Thanks!

Karrieb, we did not snorkle there last week but as my wife and I stood in knee high water, several fish swam around our legs. Looked like they were mostly "sargent majors" but we did see a few large fish too! Beautiful, quiet beach...definately worth checking out.

I'd say the Beach Guide is accurate. It was quiet and uncrowded when we went in April. There are some large corals on the right side going out that I thought were particularly impressive.
