Sonya's, the St. Croix jeweler who originated the hook bracelet, has designed a bracelet for hurricane Katrina. For one year 20% of the proceeds from the sale of the bracelet will go to support the Hurrican Hunters, many of whom are stationed in St. Croix during hurricane season and lost their stateside homes during Katrina.

I own several of her bracelets, including the traditional hook and the hurricane Lenny bracelet (courtesy of my "weather-extended" vacation there in 1999). The workmanship is exceptional.
