I didn't read the FAQs first. Some of my questions were answered there.

rocketcru, you have earned five and a half stars! *stamp his documents!*

now if we could just position you at the door for others that follow you, to direct them first to FAQs and such!

i've gotten to the point where i don't even answer questions that are already available via the menus or a search of the forum, because i know i will come off with an attitude and i don't want to discourage anyone.

this is a good time to say, no matter what kind of forum it is, your question is likely already answered and i have learned this over time. in fact, i rarely ever have to place a new question into any forum i visit (can't remember the last time i did!) because the info is usually already there. i do a lot of tech troubleshooting for new problems, and this has been true for me.

Greetings, Anita, and thanks for your post this lovely morning.

You remind me that it would do *me* well to read the FAQs, as I am sure that there may be something there that I could learn.

As my late mother used to say, "Be in constant study".

Too funny. I answered your first post and then continued on to see your next. Well done! Now you're getting the hang of it! Cheers!
