I am wanting to know if anyone has a favorite spa they can recomend on ST. Thomas? I am interested in getting the couples massage some spas offer, has anyone treated themselves to that?

The Wyndham Sugar Bay has an excellent spa on-site.

My wife and I can definitly (sp) recommend the Spa at Wyndham. After massages we ventured next door for a round of Mini Golf with a couple of cold brews.

Wyndham's spa is average. Check the phone book for the local spa's. Better pricing and the massages are excellent (deep tissue, hot stone, etc).

the other facilities are pretty poor, the sauna and steam room are rather low rent, however, the gym is pretty decent. lots of free weights, machines and cardio equipment.
