Just received an email that Spirit Airlines is flying into and out of St. Thomas on Saturdays only. Had to scramble to change my reservations, but another day in paradise isn't going to hurt...hehe

Hi Bosie,

Just curious.......

What city are you traveling from? When are you traveling? (Month, year, not specific date.)

The reason I ask is because I moved to STT earlier this year and have been using Spirit on a regular basis since the move. I like their service and their prices and would be disappointed if they cut back on service to STT.

I checked dates and fares between STT and a few of cities that I travel to. For the dates I checked there appeared to be daily service, but I am wondering if this change is taking effect at some point in the future -- or if it only affects certain cities. This is why I am wondering where you are traveling from and approximately when.

I called Spirit to try to get some info, but the person I spoke to didn't seem to know anything about any cutbacks in service from STT.

Thanks :)!

We're booked on Sunday flights from and to Chicago in mid-June. Sure would appreciate more information if you've got it, bosie, in case it affects our plans!

Sorry I haven't replied earlier...my flight is out of Ft. Lauderdale, and not until mid-September, so that may explain everything. I imagaine that as long as they have full flights, they will be running their daily flights, but perhaps they anticipate things slowing down by September. In any case, it never hurts to verify your flights.
