We have rented a villa in April and plan on renting cars and exploring all the beaches we can. I keep reading about the nice beaches at some of the resorts and was wondering if you have to be guests to use the beaches? Also, is there parking at the beaches?

By law all beaches are open to the public. If you go to a hotel / resorts beach they may charge you for using their facilities, chairs, etc.

Parking usually isn't an issue.
