There is one at the public boat ram in Frederiksted and another in La Reine. You will also see trucks parked by the side of the road with a few guys in lawn chairs and an ice chest next to them, sometimes with scales hanging from the truck. At any of these locations, they are selling that morning's fresh catch, which may be any number of varieties of fish, lobster, conch, etc. Prices are usually reasonable.
