I leave for STX in about 2 weeks. I will be looking for some fisherman to pair up with if possible,,, however,,,, I hear split trips are a thing of the past. (Islander - You did give me some #'s.... thank you.) Will the Divi be of some asst. in this?
In between time I will be reef fishing (hopefully from a Kayak at the Divi). Can anyone tell me what these fish bite on ? Live bait, Shrimp (does the VI have shrimp) or what type of lures ?

Divi has an activities desk & info. so its possiable that they might be able to line up another person to go out on a fishing trip with you thats staying at the resort. You might call them and ask whether they have a fishing trip they use or refer folks to and whether they can help.
