Does anyone have a favorite place to try the local foods in St. Croix? Any suggestions to try?

In Christiansted I would recommend Kim's and Brady's.

Places that come to mind are: Harvey's on Company Street in Christiansted, West End Grill on King St. in Frederiksted, Margarita's right outside Frederiksted, La Reine Chicken Shack. There are dozens more.

We were in St Croix in January and it was highly recommended that we go to Villa Morales. We did and had a wonderful experience and some great local food (conch in butter sauce, goat, plantains). The owners were very friendly and helpful to our group of 7.
