Where are good places to catch some good local live music, reggae, local rock or folk, etc. Preferably something local and in a bar, not in a hotel or a tourist only show. Is there a schedule of local live shows online, or published/posted locally?

Is this going to be a difficult find on St John? Thanks again for the help. Nathan

Dancing in the street? Never heard of that, except during the Carnival parade.

STJ has some great live music. There are no tourist related shows like you would find at a luau in Hawaii.
You will find local bands, both stateside and West Indian, playing at bars.

Thanks for the info, especially the link, that will be useful. Looks like live music is plentiful for such a small population,m that is great news!

Any recommended venues or bands?
