Could someone provide an attendees perspecive on what some of the early carnival events are like?

Carnival at the Medical center in the Hospital lobby??

What is the vibe / groove / experience like at these events in STT?

Will visitors feel welcome?

They're all a lot of fun, the vibe is good, it's all very "colorful" and visitors are absolutely welcome! Over the years I've been to just about everything that's listed EXCEPT the Medical Center festivities but I'm sure someone will chip in on that one. Have fun!

PS: Should add, though, that "island time" prevails and not much starts at the advertised hour!
