Hi everyone,
We visited St Thomsa and St John for 10 days in Feb (2015) and absolutly fell in love with the beautiful islands!!!
We're seriously thinking of buying a condo as an investment property and also as my own winter vacation home.
I have heard about different suggestions, at thi spoint, really want to hear from the local investors/landlords about the rental market on the island.
- Any suggestions for investment/vacation condo hunting? We stayed at Point Pleasant Resort and liked it, but feell like the hill would be hard for vacationer to drive. Also heard about Secret Harbor and Sapphire. Hard to make decisions.
- Is there a website I can look for the active for sale properties?
- What is the average occupany rate year round?
Any first-hand experience and information would be highly appreciated!
