Does anyone know who to get in touch with about renting that yellow building on Gibney Beach for an event?

I may be incorrect, but I think that it is rented privately and only to island residents. I seem to remember something like that from my on island days.
Perhaps PIA or someone else on STJ currently can give a more definitive answer

Thanks! My boyfriend's parents are residents and we were thinking about doing a small wedding down there... trying to gather some information before getting them involved. Any further info anyone has would be great!

If you are talking about the Oppenheimer Beach Building, you need to contact the Department of Parks and Recreation of the VI Government.
