Nice article in the Travel section, p. 2, but they called it St. John's!

I can think of 2 St John's off-hand, one in Newfoundland, Canada and one on Antigua. It can also be the possessive of St John. Then again, even the Times makes mistakes.

Seems to be a not uncommon mistake. Any innocent soul who uses "St. Johns" on a forum usually gets pounced on pretty quickly. Most times I'm willing to cut people some slack since I do know what they mean. When it's the Times, though.....
