*We're thinking of going to the Westin Resort and I was wondering if there are any places we could tak surf lessons for beginners.

Andrea i dont know of any surf in st. john... there is surf in st. thomas in hull and caret bays, however i dont know of anyone giving instruction. there is also a break in tortola at the mouth of cane garden bay but its a shallow reef break and wouldent recomend it for beginners. good luck
