I have read about Bushwackers,,,so I know for sure I am going to try one of those. Are there other 'local' drinks that I should try out? My husband and I ALWAYS try out local beers, on every island and vacation we visit, so does anyone have any suggestions there too? I like a lighter beer and my husband prefers the darker.

Painkillers are another tasty concoction that you should try...rum, OJ, grapefruit juice and Coco Lopez....YUMMY!

Wow marty..i love painkillers and i never knew there was grapefruit juice in them. Guess the Coco Lopez balances that out because I hate grapefruit juise..but boy...are they good and potent. I'll see if I can find the picture of me after having one and then finishing daughters 😮

Mafolie lists the ingredients for each drink on their menu and their painkillers have pineapple juice rather than grapefruit juice.

I have never made a painkiller with Grapefruit, only pineapple. No matter....it is the rum that matters the most;)

Nothing beats a rum punch. Everyone makes them a little differently but I really like the ones Lindy makes at Tickles.
