I believe I saw a Tattoo/Piercing parlor in Charlotte Amalie near the Havensight Mall.

Yes in St thomas by the havensight mall by the paridise piont tram ride there is the BEST tattoo place in St Thomas
Jimmy Buffhams, upstairs in a pruple building
Jim is GREAT had my second one from there last wednesday came over for a day from our trip on St Croix just for the Tattoo from him.
HIGHLY recommended

Hello tbass,

I don't know of any. I looked in the yellow pages and didn't find any for St. John or St. Croix, just St. Thomas. You can take a ferry over ;).
