The place and The Old Tart both look like the aftermath of a big hurricane hit 😀 but this Saturday and Sunday, August 13 and 14th, yard sales will be held from 10-5PM. Although some of the stuff left will only be of interest to locals, there are certainly some neat things which might appeal to visitors including a plethora of toads/frogs, some interesting antiques and collectibles and vintage bar mirrors, signs and neons. Come by, browse, say hello/goodbye and we'll have some beverages on hand to make the visit more fun! Last call, gentlemen!

SUNDAY, Aug, 14, 2011..............get over to the TOAD and TART people. LAST CALL today. Buy a Toad, buy a keepsake, an island tradition is soon closed for good. At the very least, get over there and say hello/goodbye to Anna Clarke and wish her well on her next life's road!
And for heaven's sake, if you're looking for a Property Manager, a live-on-the-property manager, you should hire her with the years of management experience, life experience, island get-things-done experience, and all-round great lady with tons of laughs and good stories for any island visitors that might rent something from a property landlord.
For heaven's sake, the only peep from The Old Tart for several months is going to be the sound of SNORING as she settles into her new home and enjoys a well deserved rest! 😀
