I was on your beautiful island 3 years ago and did a tour with a great tour guide named Roy. I plan to be back on your island in October with about 22 friends and want to plan a trip with Roy. Only problem is I don't know how to get in touch with Roy or Roy's last name. Can you tell me Roy's phone number or how I can get in touch with him?
Thank you
Pam

Wow, Roy is not a lot to go on. Is there any other information you remember. Like did he drive a taxi, a tour bus... what taxi association he worked with, the color of his taxi....

You're right, that's not alot to go on. I didn't even tell you what island. It's St. Thomas and Roy had two 15 or so open air passenger buses. He picks you up on a corner where the shops start and takes you back to the cruise ship for lunch. He picks you up after lunch, takes you on a tour of the island and to Cokie Beach or Megan Beach for a couple of hours. Then he comes back and gets you, drives a different route back to the ship. He's about 50ish and a nativeI think. He told us he had been voted best tour in St. Thomas for 3 years. He used the honor system for soda pop he had in a cooler.
If you can find him, I'd really appreciate it. I know he was still doing tours about 5 months ago because I read a review on the ship I'll be on and the guy mentioned going on Roy's tour. I e-mailed that guy, but he didn't know Roy's last name or phone number.

Good enough, I will see what I can find out. I will ask some folks I know that are taxi drivers.

I too am planning a trip to St. Thomas and St. John. I am in search of a great tour guide. I'd like to hear more about Roy myself if you ever find him.

Thanks, jennifer

Good News Pam and Jennifer. I found Roy. His full name is Roy Sheridan, he is still doing tours on St. Thomas. His phone number is (340)776-1214 and his cellular number is (340)771-4945. I spoke to about 3 taxi drivers before getting him, and they all had great things to say about Roy and his tours. I left messages for him and when he called me, he was excited that you remembered him. He said to tell you just give him a call. Hope everything works out, have a great trip. Glad VInow could help.

Good day everyone! Yes Roy is still doing tours and I am actually in the process of building his website which will be paradisetoursVI.com - should be live in a couple weeks.

I do not have his direct cell number but one of his daughters Nancy is also now driving along with her father. Her name is Nancy and her cell is (340) 998-3116

Hope that helps!
