Can someone help me regarding our visit to St, Thomas in July. WE will be on the Carnival Miracle & have about six hours to visit St> Thomas

We are looking (4 people) to visit a nearby beach & go shopping. Is this possible? Regarding transportation, what would you recommend?

An easy walk to shopping. There will be cabs lined up just waiting to take you where you want to go.
