Looking for opinions on purchasing travel insurance. Is it worth it? Anyone ever have to use it and found that it was worth it or not worth it?? We've purchased it on past cruises but never had to use it. This will be for a week long trip to STJ, staying in a villa and having a rental car. Just looking for input from those more "seasoned" than me.

My thinking is that if there were a hurricane while you are there or the airline loses your luggage, etc. you would be out a lot more money especially if you had paid for a villa.

Speaking from the charteryacht point of view, we highly recommend it during hurricane season. Many yachts require it during September.
