Any suggestions/recommendations for a 3 bedroom villa on St. John a week in October. The we are considering are:

1. Spellbound
2. Coqui
3. Villa Maria
4. Villa Adagio

This will be our first trip to St. John. Any advice along with other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Spellbound looks like a magnificent house. We were going to rent it this past August, but we were taking rambunctious 8 yr old twins and we were concerned about some of the low railings. It affords some of the best views on the island, but it is not air conditioned. It should get some great breezes. We have never required A.C when we were up that high.Villa Adagio overlooks the Westin. You could have a better view, but not a more unique house. Think I would chose Colibri over Villa Marie as you look out at more open water.
Have fun.

Sorry, I meant Villa Colibri, not Coqui over Villa Maria. I get Coqui and Colibri mixed up. They are 2 doors apart on Maria Bluff.
We were just in that area last week looking at a Villa that we will be renting in November. Very convenient spot with magnificent views. Great for a first time visitor.
