Add me to the list of you know who you are's that are experiencing Villa Migraine. After careful consideration, and about 4-5 days of endless villa surfing, this is what I've come up with.

1-Bongo Bongo. I LOVE boho/old world influence and I don't know why but, ya just gotta do it!
2-Mile's Away. If this one had a hot tub, no contest. Very classy, well loved little villa.
3-Coral Rays. Has everything we want and seems to be lovely. Too far out there. Love Coral Bay but far!

Some input would be wonderful!

I would go with Bongo. It does look like a beautiful villa and, having followed the bongobongostjohn blog, I feel like i "know" it!

Hey Chris. Have you asked Destination STJ about a hot tub at Miles Away? I heard they were adding one.

mary beth,

I e-mailed Corbin whom is the owner of Miles Away and asked him. He said as of right now, they had no plans to add the hot tub but they weren't ruling it out in the future. He indicated that they felt the hot tub was too high maintenance to keep it in tip top condition. Is is harder than keeping a pool up?

I've also been looking at some villas with Vacation Vistas. Splendore and the Bellevedere one look kinda nice. Villa decisions are hard to make!

Ok. good to know. I had heard from someone who stayed there in Nov. that it was being added. Guess they got bad info on that!

We stayed at Splendore in '05...and absolutely loved it. In fact, we've rented it again for July. Great location, pool & spa, excellent condition and very private...we prefer it over Belvedere mainly because everything's on one level - no steps to navigate carrying blender-fulls to the pool!

Soggy.
