Well, Villa Tesori was finally finished September but I have had guests in pretty steady from Island Getaways since May. On the spur of the moment, I am going down for Jan 13-26. Need to replace two broken lite globes, check on new DVD (first was broken) check on second plasma TV (first was stolen). But the primary purpose is to "kick back" enjoy the sun, drink a few brews check on added landscape and of course enjoy the house.

Will be taking some photo ops for my recently completed book - "Keep Left" book jacket. It is now in editing and proof stage. Kinda like Bongo Bongo Blog except I concentrated on the people and experiences rather than actual building process. I'm pretty proud of it - like Villa Tesori, but of course the critics thus far have been family and friends and as they are consuming my food and wine while reading excerpts I expect they are more than a little bias of my final product.

Anyone down there during Jan when I'm there give me a call at the house and we will down a few and enjoy the sunset 776-8928!

It doesn't make any difference if you are a first timer or a twentieth timer, I still get excited!

I've looked at your villa and it looks really fabulous. I'd rent it in a second but it's bedding is all queen sized. If it was king it would be perfect!

Dear Diana:

King size beds are overrated. Besides, you should only be sleeping 4 or 5 hours a night - too much to do for sleeping - pool, beach, sun, snorkel, painkillers. You can sleep in a king when you arrive home. Could have had king's but the majority of opinions were queens were best for "snuggling" on a romantic vacation. Had no objections thus far.

Hey there Keep Left! Glad you will be down! Not sure I can get to STJ (tho I would like to), but it would be nice to say hello real quick while you are at the airport ( if my sched. permits of course)! You can e-mail me (you already have it) and let me know your arrival info., I'll try to make it there and have a brew at the airport bar while you are waiting for your luggage!
Sherri 🙂
