Water Island Adventures Bike Tour--Any comments?

We will be on STT for a week later this month and thought a trip to Water Island might be fun. Has anyone on this board had any experiences with the WI Adventures Bike Tour of the newest Virgin Island?

The Water Island Bike Tour is a blast. If its been raining a lot, it could be equated to "mudding" because the bike tires flip mud onto your back in certain areas. But at the end of the ride there's a swim at Honeymoon Beach. I suppose you've read about the trip online and know that you start at the top (Ft. Segarro) and work your way down. I'd recommend the bike tour.
