Was wondering if anyone knew if a home coming on the market for sale or a lot. Interested for my family. After a vacation last week, I am interested on finding out about purchasing and what is available.

A good person to contact is Chuck Gidley with John Foster real estate. HE lives on WI and is very helpful.

Hello Giselle,

Take a look at the Water Island Real Estate section on this site; it gives a brief overview. Scroll to the top of this page and click on Water Island and then choose Real Estate from the drop down menu. Water Island's real estate market is very small - usually only 5-10 properties listed on any given month is what I have noticed. You can pull up the MLS for the VI and take a look at the ones currently listed. The MLS is accessible from agent websites - if you click over to the St. Thomas Real Estate section you will find a few agents listed there. Water Island properties are listed along with St. Thomas in the MLS, so when using the search feature select St. Thomas. In the results look in the estate column to see which are on Water Island.
