When is the best time of year to visit St Johns? Are there any bad times of year when the weather is cold?

FYI... it is pronounced St. John (no 's').
It never gets cold in the Caribbean although some locals may argue with me since their blood is fairly thin. Seriously, the temperature does not change more than 10 degrees all year round. Use the 'Weather' link in the Upper RH corner of this page to get an idea.
