You are welcome Marybeth. Hope to see you around on the board planning your trip... 🙂 You will be a board regular by the time your vacation comes around next year. (tu)

Which cottage did you go with?

we went with the very first place I saw that I liked. I looked at a million (or so) others but nothing quite fit the bill of what we wanted. Well, and was within our budget!

we are here www.bananawindcottage.com upstairs

Can't wait!

we tried booking this cottage back in September for early June and it was booked, so we are thinking of Stonegarden cottage. anyone have any thoughts on this place.
Bananawind looked wonderful for the money.

Brilliant find in terms of property. It is one of the nicer places I've seen, and it's location with respect to the beach is a very good thing (since I am a water person)!! Enjoy your vacation!
When I was last in Coral Bay, last April, there was a young couple that had just opened a market, and the prices, with the few items I purchased were actually BELOW those on St.Thomas where I was living at the time! Ah the old days!

We were at Concordia last week (past Coral Bay) and we'd stopped in at that local market (right across the street from the water) and not only were the prices reasonable but the young lady who helped us was one of the most cheerful and friendly people we met. (well, except for "marty from STT"). Have fun!

Hi all .. I never made it to Banana Wind. Was supposed to go in May but moved it to October (2006) for honeymoon. But just found out owners will be living there full time by mid next year. So this place won't be on the rental market any longer.

What was the name of that little market and how do you get to it?
