We are first time visitors in USVI in July, and I have read that there are really many bugs this year. So I am worried about that. Can you avoid bits, if you wear thin long pants and a shirt with long sleeves?

Also I do not know where to buy the bug repellent as people in this forum are recommending
too example Avon Skin So soft sun block and bug repellent in one or DEET (do not know what it is). I cannot find it, where we live. Can you buy it on St. Thomas or perhaps in New York, and if so, where? We are having about a half-day in NY before the flight to Puerto Rico.

Hope for help!

Linne,
Also, make a reservation at Becco. (www.becconyc.com) Great little
restaurant on Restaurant Row (46th?) They have a price fixe meal that is
all you can eat homemade pasta. There are 3 choices of pasta. Wonderful! All wines
are $25, so if you know your wines you could get a $100 bottle for $25.
Hubby is in the wine business & loves the place.

I can only repeat myself. Thank you for the advice. I will discuss with my husband what do do and perhaps post a
special topic about the case. (I have forgot to tell that Continental will find a room for us near the airport or give us 90 dollars to a room we choose ourselves. So we will not be in the situation not to have a place to sleep, only we do not know where. The reason is that they have changed the scedules. From the beginning we should not have a stay over in Newark.)

I have received one PM from you - time: 04.09PM and have send a reply to you - time: 6.40 PM. Hope you have received it ?

Linne,

Glad you got my PM - will just reply here. Looks like it is coming together! That makes sense that Continental would get you a room for the schedule change. Re: your other question about the Neat Sheets...in Tennessee, they run about $7-9. I would guess a bit higher in NYC or VI's. I would definitely say "worth every penny".

Hope your trip turns out great!

Oh, that is very cheap for a Neat Sheet. I definitely want to buy some as gifts too. Caused to this board and you
I also found out that we can have much more in our luggage than I have expected, so that's just fine!
