Spent a few days in Vieques .Found the island to be quite friendly but over run with wild dogs.
Thinking about going to St. Thomas. or other US-VI Does anyone know if the same situation exists?
Thanks

You will see some stray dogs, but St Thomas is by no means "over run" with them. Quite a few stray cats running around though. Lots of chickens as well. Just adds to the charm!

Unfortunately, all islands have many unwanted and abandoned animals making our shelters filled to overflowing on a regular basis but not sure if similar to what you describe on Vieques.
