I've been trying forever to find something "AWESOME" going on the weekend my husband and I are in STX. After lots of research, and a rescheduling of flights because of airline points, lol, we will be in STX of March 9th through the 12th in 2012. There are a bunch of fabulous and awesome sounding events going on I found, some usually in March but got switched to Feb thanks to the google researching help from STTResident 😛 , but it appears absolutely nothing is going on, or at least the dates are not posted yet, for the weekend of March 9t through the 12th! OUCH! :X I actually was just about to pull the trigger on flights that would have been when the 2012 Mardi Croix is going to happen, but I just always thought that was in March and cancelled, plus the Agriculture fair is around then and we both would have loved that! Oh my! I'm missing everything! lol

OK, I am ranting on again! Long story short looking for an "event", any type of "event" on the weekend of 3/9/12 to 3/12/12. Parties, mocko jumbies, fairs, food festivals, flower festivals, just anything! It seems everything got moved this year to avoid the weekend I'm looking for............. so it makes me think there must be something HUGE going on already booked, but yet I can't find it. About the only thing I could not find exact dates for that might be going on when we are there is the St. Croix Landmarks Society Antiques Fair and Auction. We would love that as well! Does anyone know the exact dates of the Antiques Fair and Auction???? Or anything that might be going on the weekend of March 9th through the 12th on STX???
