Hello All:

Can anyone offer an opinion on the Wyndham?

Thanks!

A decent enough place IMO, but a little too crowded for my taste. We like to take the kids there once in a (long) while for mini golf, arcade, and bumper boats because there is no other place to do it here.

The pool is cool - a bridge and a cave to the bathrooms.

But it reminds me of the crowds we used to encounter back when we lived in America at the water parks in the summer, along with the smells, chaos, overpriced food, and 'what number are you?' attitude from the staff.

I guess that's why we live in STJ.

I have never stayed there (no need), so I cannot comment on the rooms or the rest of the grounds.

I agree with Mat on his opinions, but I'll also add that depending on where your room is, you may very well have a long hike up many stairs. If you rent a car you have to park at the bottom of the hill and wait for the shuttle to bring you up to the main entrance to the hotel.

Very long walk to beach from rooms, car park is a shuttle ride away....not my idea of convenience. Look into Secret Harbour .
