October 18, 2017 – Hello from Pistarckle Theater. We offer our deepest and heartfelt sympathies to all our fellow islanders, businesses, and patrons for any devastation you may have suffered, and wish you a swift and total recovery.
Our Theater experienced damage and loss. But, we are re-opened for business. Visit us anytime Monday–Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our phone line is still out, but you can reach us via our Marketing Director’s cell phone (call or text) at 203-530-0103, or by calling Founder/Artistic Producer Nikki Emerich at (340) 514-2085, or email us at marketing@pistarckletheater.
This Monday, we will launch our special camp program for 7-12 year old children, “Children’s Hurricane Recovery Project/Camp.’ We are in need of donations to support the program, including healthy snack items and supplies. Anything would be of such great help.
The Show(s) Will Go On!
Our (delayed) Season will kick off with ‘Alternative Facts,’ written by St. Thomas playwright Matthew Hamilton-Kraft. Due to current road conditions and possible continuing curfews, we plan to run 6 matinee showings: Saturday, November 11th & !8, 2 shows, and Sunday, November 12 & 19, one Show at 2 p.m. Due to the internet access challenges, for these shows, those with pre-purchased Subscriptions can reserve their seat by calling 203-530-0103, and all other seats will be open seating, first-come seating basis. Walk-in’s also welcomed. Call for seat pricing.
Thanks for your support throughout the years. More news to come, soon.
