Headed to St. John in November but we are looking at staying on St. Thomas the evening our plane lands.  Recommendations for clean lodging near airport or Red Hook for one night?

Emerald Beach Resort..... literally steps from the airport on a nice beach.  We have never stayed there, but I believe it is just what you are looking for (it is often recommended).  We have stopped by on the way back from STJ to STT airport to sit at the beach bar for a quick lunch and drink.  Enjoy!
