Any locals ever heard of Andy's Acre at Magen's? It would have been from years ago.

I remember Andy's burgers out east - big sign -- NO Ketchup allowed.

The only thing that remotely comes to mind is Andy Bornn's plant nursery in Wintberg which is not too far from Magens, The site is still a thriving nursery called ABC Nursery and Landscaping.

Nope, on Magen's beach down towards the far bathrooms, my grandfather sat in the same exact spot for like 30 years every day he was there. Someone made up a sign for him that he hung on a palm tree that said Andy's Acre.
