I've had a heck of a time finding nice scrapbooking stuff that is NOT Hawaii. There's near nothing that I can find, and nothing local for sure. I found a web site called Tropical Scrapbooking, and they have lots of Caribbean scrap supplies. They even have paper that is a photo of Coki Beach! LOL Also, laser cut headers like Magen's Bay, Tram to the Top, etc. I read on a scrap board that the company is good to work with, easy, fast shipping, etc.

Thought I would pass this on to any scrapbookers here for when you scrap your Virgin Islands trip! 🙂

I'm currently making an 8x8 of our STT/STJ trip, too! LOL I can't seem to get in the grove though. We were there in April 2006, so does that tell you anything? 😉 I have my title page done and one layout. Sheesh. I need to get my act together, because I also need to do an 8x8 from our trip(s) to Port Aransas.

Gari Ann,
I hear yea! We went in Dec 06...and I just started & I can't get in the groove either. I never do seperate albums for events & I always do 12x12, so I think that is my problem. I also spent months doing a scrapbook for work. I just got Photoshop Elements for doing the album so I am trying to learn that & do digital pages. Maybe the above website will help! Here's to some inspiration for both of us! 🙂

I wish I would of thought of the scrapbook suggestion.

What i did was buy 2 of the idential picture books. Each one had palm tree on the front. I got doubles of the pictures (there were over 100) and on the side of each picture was a place to write little notes. I had such a good time writing those little notes in. I gave one of the books to my girlfriend and her family that went with us and they loved it.

I'm going to look into that scrapbooking thing. That would be so much fun.
