Hey Bob, my wife and I are staying at the Island Beachcomber from 2/20 to 2/28. We'll see you there. I asked the same question on this board a few weeks ago (Look for Island Beachcomber Hotel thread from Jan. 4) The two responses said that it was a nice place. I've looked on other sites and the response has been the same. Nice hotel, nice beach, great bar, but right by the airport. They say the jet traffic is not that bad. Seems like a laid back hotel. We thought the price was right so we went for it. We've never been to VI before so we won't have any bias one way or the other. It's 20 degrees right now in South Jersey, so I'll have a great time regardless. We'll have to look for you at the bar when we're down there.

i hope to see u and your wife when we get there. i'm going with my girlfriend. we have been down there before, and really enjoyed it. we fell in love with megans bay, so i know we will spend at least 1 day there.thanks for the informationand i hope we see you when we are there.
