Hi everybody!
I have just stumbled across this website and really hope any of you guys can help me out!I have decided to get married in August 2010 on the island I will be a passenger on Royal Carribean's Oasis of the Seas, I will be travelling form Ireland with a lot of my family and really want to make this day very very special, I dont really know anything about the island other then its looks amazing,Basically I want to get married on one of the beachs or even a nice private beach or private house about 12-12.30 and then have my lunch reception somewhere nice with nice surrounding with very good food but Is not too expensive any suggestions, advice etc is warmly welcomed hope someone can help,Thanks

Thanks a million Eastender do you have food service there?If not we will surely some for a drink if you will have us, lo!Where can we find you ?the guys will be thrilled there is a Irish bar on the island (as if there dont do enough drinking here!lol)

Sherri Just another quick question for you If you dont mind! I love the weddingsthe islandway website and from what I hear here they provide a great service but from looking at other website one in paticular stthomasweddingpackages the photos of the beach set up archs aisles seats, covers etc seem a bit more extensive is it just that weddings the island way dont have these pictures up on there website or they dont do that extensive beach set up?

Actually, I meant "our" as in "our local St Thomas" bar. It is in Red Hook, on the east end of the island. 😀

The ceremony itself only takes about 10 minutes~ We use several photographers, but if there is someone specific you prefer, we can work with that! If you hire your own, it is more expensive this way. So happy to hear that you have started the process!

Sherri thanks for the posts yeah well that is kinda what I had in mind but a little bit more extensive I suppose Stthomasweddingpacakges have great pictures on there website it would be similar to that I would be looking for , Its just I have heard great things about weddinsg the island way so I would like to go with them if they could do the set up on the same scalse If you have any pictures that would be great you can email them to me at [email protected] if anybody else has ay pics/advice you can also email again thanks for all the help! xxx
